El "marcapáginas Digoin" lo hice a partir del diseño para una etiqueta. El freebie, Digoin-Margaret, lo encuentran en el blog Khofra broder.

Este otro marcapáginas esta hecho de un regalo re-utilizado; lo hice a partir de una etiqueta que mi amiga Graciela me regaló en 2010 y lo pueden ver aquí. Este fue más rápido de hacer que el anterior puesto que el bordado ya estaba listo, yo sólo agregué encaje, listón, un dije ¡y listó! ;)

The other bookmark is a repurposed gift; I did it from a label that my friend Graciela gave me in 2010 and you can see it here. This one was faster to do since the embroidery was ready to mount, I just added lace, ribbon, a charm and that's it! ;)

Cositas - Little Things

Hace poco hice un intercambio con Andrea y esto es lo que le envíe:

A Andrea le gustó el último estuche de este tipo que hice hace poco (el cual ya se encuentra en España y verán por qué, más abajo en este mismo post), así que le hice uno igual pero con otros colores. Tanto el gráfico como las instrucciones (en francés) para hacer el estuche (trousse) los encuentran en el sitio de Broderie Passion.

Andrea liked the last case of this kind I did recently (which now is in Spain and you'll see why, below in this post), so I made one like it but with other colors. The chart and instructions (in French) to do the case (trousse) are on the Broderie Passion site.

Los bolsitos circulares se los mostré hace poco y allí mismo, en el blog de Erin Erickson, se encuentra el tutorial para hacerlos en forma de corazón.

I showed you recently the circle pouches I did and, on the Erin Erickson blog, there is a tutorial to make them in heart shaped.

Como ávida lectora, para mi es imprescindible contar con algunos marcapáginas para mis libros y en cuanto vi este tutorial en el blog Sew Many Ways lo puse en mi lista de proyectos. Aprovechando el día feriado que tuvimos ayer en México, hice algunos de ellos.

As an avid reader, it is essential for me to have some bookmarks and when I saw this tutorial on the blog Sew Many Ways I put it on my projects list. Taking advantage of the holiday we had yesterday in Mexico, I made some of them.

Primero hice uno y al ver lo sencillos que eran, hice otros tres... No me gustan los números pares, así que hice uno más en rojo :)))

I made one and as I saw they were very easy to do, I made three more ... I do not like even numbers, so I made one more in red :)))

¡Me encanta el olor de los libros!!!

I love the smell of books!!!

El corto que les dejo a continuación, es una gran joya de la animación con una excelente historia acerca de los libros. Lo descubrí en la red hace tiempo y lo "clavé" en mi Pinterest. Si aún no lo han visto, espero que se tomen 15 minutos de su tiempo y lo disfruten... ¡A mi me encanto desde el momento en que lo vi!!! :)

This short film is a great animated jewel with an excellent story about books. I discovered it a while ago on the net and pinned on my Pinterest. If you have not seen it, I hope you can take 15 minutes of your time and enjoy it... I loved it since the moment I saw it!!! :)
